► 什麼是牛黴漿菌 ?
  它是廣布於世界各地的一種黴漿菌，於1961年在美國首次從乳牛之乳汁中被分離出來，起初科學家認為它是一種類肺炎樣的生物體，因此最初就被命名為Mycoplasma bovimastidis，後來根據其抗原特性和生化檢測結果將其歸類為Mycoplasma agalactia第五群，最後再根據其16s核醣體RNA序列，命名為牛黴漿菌(Mycoplasma bovis)。在2017 年以前，只有紐西蘭與挪威這兩個國家沒有牛黴漿菌，但在2017年七月在紐西蘭奧馬魯(Oamaru)附近的一些牛隻被發現帶有牛黴漿菌。
   
► 應用
  從鼻拭子、支氣管肺泡灌洗樣本中鑑定牛黴漿菌可以通過將樣本直接劃線到 CHROMagar™ 牛黴漿菌瓊脂平板上來完成。
   
► 培養基特性
  在 37 °C 的 CO2 下培養 3-7 天，通過科瑪嘉牛黴漿菌培養基可以在放大鏡下輕鬆檢測外觀。
