本系列產品相當適合用於快篩檢測機具沖洗液(CIP rinses)，及環境表面採檢體之過敏原殘留量。

Reveal 3-D系列產品係以「3線判定法」進行結果判讀：
T線：樣品線，用以判定樣品是否含有過敏原。
O線：高濃度線，用以判定樣品是否含高濃度之過敏原。
C線：控制線，用以判定本次試驗過程之操作是否正確、試劑是否正常運作。

►椰子過敏原

椰子蛋白檢測用的Reveal® 3-D主要是用來定性分析飲品(果汁和冰品)中的椰子蛋白、自動清洗系統清洗液和環境表面的檢測。
 椰子蛋白檢測用的Reveal® 3-D為一特製的手持儀器，有三條判讀線：控制基準線用來判斷實驗操作是否正確，其他兩條線則是用來判斷樣品中是否存在椰子蛋白。
